P.K.Sarangi
Mr. Sarangi has close to 4 decades of experience in the industry and consultancy.
He had a long inning with Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. where he championed most of
the HRD initiatives. He has written more than 200 articles on business HR and these
are published in leading management journals. He also worked with Dunlop & Ranbaxy.
He played a leading role in Ranbaxy becoming an international organization. He was
directly involved in developing strategy and structure for globalization of Ranbaxy.
Since his retirement from Ranbaxy he has been associated with Aryan HR and all the
OCE assignments executed by us, have been spearheaded by him.

Ashok Singh
He is a chemical engineer from IIT Kharagpur with extensive experience in Operations, Projects,
Materials Management, HR and General Management in ICI, Eternit Everest and Chambal
Fertilisers. While at ICI he promoted the use of computer aided flowsheet modeling
and design in 1985. He has had a keen interest in computers and their application
to simulation and performance improvement in various industries. He has been in
consulting since 1992 and was a promoter partner of The Management Group, Gilbert
Tweed Management Group (P) Ltd and Acumen Consulting. He has hands-on experience
in consulting and training in change management and managerial competencies. He Was
trained by McBer consultants for introducing the managerial competencies in ICI India.

Pankaj Agrawal
A Mechanical Engineer from Delhi College of Engineering and a postgraduate from
IIM-Ahmedabad (Class of 1985), Pankaj Agrawal is a Director at Ace Global, a strategic
consulting firm. He has rich experience in market research, consumer analysis and
profiling, with a first-hand knowledge spanning several industrial, business-to-business
products and consumer products categories. He has undertaken several studies in
India and abroad including for World Bank, UNIDO, European Commission, and USAID.
He is also the National Expert with UNIDO for Montreal Protocol related activities.

Ramesh Kumar Anand
An MA (History) from St Stephens College & MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad, he has led
and participated in HR and Organization Development consulting assignments funded
by the World Bank, and the Asian Development Bank. He taught in XLRI in the areas
of Marketing and Organizational Behaviour. He was group leader of Management Consultancy
division of TCS and worked on several assignments in India and abroad. He was HR
Head of EIH Ltd., Wockhardt Ltd. and Samtel Group. He was trained as a trainer in
Situational Leadership with Blanchard Institute and by Teleometrics International,
USA on models for management and has trained over 10,000 executives.

He has over 25 years experience in industry and consultancy. He has worked for 12
years with a leading management consultancy firm in India - Mantec Consultants and
he was heading their Human Resource Division. The Division is a member of MSL International
(UK) Ltd's worldwide operations. He was the founding partner of The Management Group
(TMG). He has specialized in managerial selections, organization design & structuring,
competency mapping and strategy validation. He also has hands-on experience in
conducting techno-economic feasibility studies, market surveys and managing start-up
projects.
