A workshop tilted “Coming Together – Making Aryan” was held at Tivoli Garden on Wednesday the 22nd July. he workshop was conducted by Prof Sushanta Banerjee and Ms Medha Jain. Sushanta and Aryan are not new to one another; we have worked with him on two similar workshops in the past. Both are Behavioral Scientists, Medha is an HR professional as well.
The workshop consisted of structured exercises designed to create opportunities to review past experience, articulate areas for improvement and develop ideas for new beginnings. The exercises gave an opportunity to understanding of self, colleagues and interpersonal situations.
The workshop, as iThe workshop, as in the past, helped in better understanding of self and others and some insight into the role of planning. This in turn improves teamwork, interpersonal skills and the work becomes a source of satisfaction.
