With a heavy heart, we bid adieu to Mr. Sushanta Banerjee, one of our founder directors. Mr. Banerjee has commitments to SUMEDHAS – Academy for Human Context and Samuday Psycon – consulting firm in change management. He was not able to give as much time as he would have liked, and hence requested the Board to relive him as a Director. He continues to be a shareholder in Aryan and will support the firm in an informal way.
Mr. Sushanta Banerjee has been replaced by Mr. Ramesh Anand who is a professional of long standing in HR and Academics.An alumni of IIM Ahmedabad, Mr. Ramesh Anand bring rich experience of industry and consulting with him.
